Hi there, and welcome to Griddle Chef!
My passion is cooking, and introducing new people to the ways of the griddle is always fun. When I got my first outdoor griddle, I couldn’t believe how wonderful the food tasted. I wanted to make up new recipes for people, so that they could taste this awesomeness for themselves.
This is how Griddle Chef came to be. Not only did I want to make great recipes, but I wanted to give people an introduction to cooking with different types of griddles.
